The staff that work here have extensive knowledge on the products they sell, much better then the likes of John Lewis or any other department store that usually just have someone from another department working their for a short period of time. The staff here go to events and visit the manufacturers warehouse and have seen car seat crash tests first hand and all of this allows them to give you accurate and honest advice. Not only do they give great advice with regards to safety, practically etc they will recommend products that are genuinely right for you and not the “most expensive” very trustworthy and the added bonus of supporting a local business. My partner and I visited Bababoom today and I can honestly say we were so so happy with our visit and purchases. Isabella was fantastic wanting to know what we wanted and gave impartial and honest advice which was fantastic. Not only was the customer service exceptional, but prices were very competitive and couldn’t find cheaper. It was a very happy visit and I would recommend Bababoom to anyone who was expecting or in market for anything baby related. I will be back to shop again in future for sure.
